According to size of the device or type of failure, troubleshoot failures will be solved in our technical service station or in the customer's place. |

| Maintenance Contract Services |
|
Maintenance Agreements, fort he devices of at the end of warranty period, to take the necessary measures in order to prevent malfunction and making devices a periodic maintenance is intended to extend the economic life.
Despite periodic maintenance or errors of use of the device, will intervene to the device.
There are two kinds of contracts that we offer to our customers.
1. Parts Include :
According to this contract by the age of the device, 3 or 4 times periodic maintenance is done per year.
In the event of a malfunction, our technical service will intervene to the device. This intervention, for replacement parts will not charge to the customer.
Only caused by user errors cost will be charged to the customer.
Batteries are consumables that they are not covered fort his contract.
